It seems that Sandra Fluke's campaign still needs to pay at least one of its employees for about two and a half weeks of work. However, this expense is nothing the campaign can't afford - Fluke is estimated to have raised about $1 million. Her biggest donors? Herself, her parents, and her husband's parents. Somebody's in for an awkward Thanksgiving dinner this year.
Fluke would be very unwise to let her career end the way it started: By trying to get out of paying for things. So, good for her following up to get this fixed. The Democrats have much to teach their 2012 poster child about how to run an airtight campaign. But my guess is that they will run from their failed "War on Women" narrative, just as they ran - unsuccessfully - from Obama's policies last week.
